LaTeisha Elliott, DBH

Dr. LaTeisha Elliott, founder and lead consultant has 22 years of experience in healthcare, including grant writing, program development, and program management.  She earned a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Professional Doctorate (DBH) in Behavioral Health. Licensed and certified in delivering effective, research-based psychotherapy, she served as Principal Investigator for several federal grants funding prevention efforts for HIV, Hepatitis C, Substance Abuse prevention and linkage to care. Following 12 years of healthcare program management experience,  she opened Elliott Professional Services, LLC to assist medical and behavioral healthcare providers with navigating the changing healthcare landscape that was initiated by the Affordable Care Act. A year later, she started Alabama Partners for Health, Inc., a non-profit subsidiary, for the purpose of working with small non-profit organizations through federal, state, and community grants.

Adriel D. Johnson, Jr.

Dr. Adriel Johnson, Jr. brings a wealth of experience from various settings, including private practice, community crisis centers, family and child welfare organizations, medical and primary care facilities, community non-profits, and university counseling centers. Dr. Johnson is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a National Certified Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor by the National Board of Certified Counselors. He is also a health advocate specializing in HIV/AIDS prevention and advocacy, health advocacy, and children’s and family services. Throughout his career, Dr. Johnson has had the privilege of establishing therapeutic connections with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, continually appreciating each opportunity to contribute to his clients’ personal/organizational growth and well-being. As an advocate for health and well-being, Dr. Johnson is committed to ensuring that everyone has access to the supportive and transformative power of psychotherapy through organizational psychology and holistic frameworks of personal growth, executive coaching, and emotional wellbeing.

Brandon T. Maxwell

Brandon Maxwell is an organizational development consultant and coach who brings nearly two decades of professional experience spanning multiple industries. Brandon has worked extensively with nonprofits and community-based organizations, facilitating growth and change at personal and organizational levels. His expertise spans organizational development within higher education, religious institutions, and political spheres with a focus on fostering equity in the workplace for clients, staff, and stakeholders. He specializes in policy development, strategy design, and creative services that address often overlooked dimensions of the human experience within organizations and communities. Brandon excels at developing strategic plans that create lasting impact, helping organizations achieve their goals, and foster inclusive, equitable workplaces. He also leverages social media and graphic design to foster change and enhance the web presence of partner organizations.
